The committee is seeking to build a facility that not only serves the youth of Ross County and surrounding counties but provides needed Hippo-therapy programs for vulnerable populations such as individuals with disabilities and veterans who are suffering from PTSD. The Ross County Agricultural Society's Equine Facility Subcommittee is seeking partnerships to fund the development of an indoor facility. The equine program is the only program at the fairgrounds which is vulnerable to the weather.
